Query regarding hackathon registration.

I'm a Computer Science and Engineering sophomore at Hindustan University. Would be much obliged if I could receive a clearer picture on the registration process for this hackathon.
I have registered for the event on devpost. Does that assure me of being eligible to participate in the hackathon or are there other formalities to go through?
My teammate has also registered on devpost but there seems to be no way of adding him as a teammate on devpost. Would that be an issue during the event or could we formulate the team during the event as well?

    I am an IT professional. I would like to participate in this program I have registered myself in devpost, but I am not able to find any partners to form a team. Is it possible to form a team on site? Looking for your forward for your reply at the earliest
